You will have a choice of opening and completing the form in your browser in Excel prior to saving it in the normal way or of saving the document to your own PC in a folder of your selection for future use.

It is probably better to save a copy of the forms to your own PC as doing so will allow you to use the forms thereafter without having to download them each time (or again) from this website.

When you save copies of completed forms it is a good idea to append either the home club's name or the match date to the saved form's name. This will help you find them in the future.
